		<description>Thanks for the mention of the Serbian Spruce. I had forgotten about that one. Although not terribly narrow, it is definitely not as wide as many other evergreen trees.

Two other trees to consider are Cryptomeria japonica...a lovely evergeen tree that only get 12 to 18 feet wide. Also White Birch or River Birch are deciduous trees that I use frequently. Although they can get wider at the top, the branching at lower levels is narrow.</description>
